Director & Real Estate Consultant
With more than thirty years of experience in Monaco’s real estate sector, Franck Dameno has built a career founded on consistency, responsibility, and an in-depth understanding of the unique dynamics of the Principality’s property market.
Having been trained within his family’s real estate business from 1989 onwards, he progressively developed comprehensive expertise across all aspects of the profession, including residential and investment property transactions, confidential negotiations, the support of private investors, and the management of complex real estate operations in a highly demanding environment.
From 2007, he assumed responsibility for the operational management of the family agency. As the principal point of contact for clients, partners, and collaborators, he oversaw the company’s day-to-day activities, contributed to its commercial development, and participated in its strategic decision-making until 2023. This experience provided him with a particularly deep understanding of the legal, financial, and commercial issues specific to the Monaco market.
In 2013, he was appointed Lay Assessor Judge to the Residential Rent Arbitration Commission by Ministerial Decree, in his capacity as a representative of real estate professionals. This distinction, subsequently renewed, reflects institutional recognition of his expertise, practical experience, and balanced judgment.
His entrepreneurial background also extends to the wine industry, having acquired and later sold a vineyard estate in Provence between 2000 and 2004, while also being involved in the fine wine trade. These experiences strengthened his understanding of tangible assets, value creation, and long-term investment cycles.
As a private investor, he has also conducted real estate investments both in Monaco and internationally, particularly in the United Arab Emirates and Southeast Asia, with a focus on disciplined portfolio diversification. This direct investment experience further enhances his strategic approach and his commitment to sound structuring, risk management, and wealth preservation.
Since 2025, he has been Partner and Co-Managing Director of SL Agency S.A.R.L., where he advises a demanding private clientele on the structuring, acquisition, enhancement, and strategic management of real estate assets, both in Monaco and internationally.

After studying international business in France and Canada, Cédric Solichon began his career at Monaco Telecom, where he held Product Manager roles.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, he founded SL Agency in 2012, with the aim of developing an independent, agile business firmly rooted in the realities of the Monegasque market. In 2016, he also established Sun Riviera, a company specialising in the supply and installation of shutters and solar protection systems, thereby further strengthening his experience as a business leader and his operational expertise.
In 2025, the arrival of Franck Dameno marked a new stage in the development of SL Agency. Their partnership is built on complementary backgrounds and a shared vision: to structure the agency around an exacting, rigorous and long-term approach.
Now Co-Managing Director of SL Agency, Cédric Solichon plays an active role in the company’s strategy and management, in a spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility.

Edward Shishmanian has over ten years of experience in commercial and negotiation roles within international groups, particularly in the industrial, energy and logistics sectors.
His career has led him to manage complex contracts, high-stakes client portfolios and international operations requiring rigour, reliability and attention to detail.
Accustomed to demanding environments and high-level contacts, he is skilled in contract negotiation, monitoring commitments and building lasting relationships based on trust and performance.
Multilingual and methodical, he works with precision and discernment at every stage of the operations he supports.
As a real estate negotiator, he puts this expertise to work in structured, secure transactions conducted with the utmost rigour.
